Sharing Policy
The owner of the yacht will be share with 6 partner.
Every partner must pay 25,000$ equally.
You have right of yacht owner for 1/6 part.
You can cruise every time you want.
You must inform in advance before you cruise. This case we
will make reservation for you.
The cancellation must be inform 2 weeks in advance. If not
you must be charge for partner opportunity loss fee.
Every partner must pay for fix cost equally every year. The
fix cost of yacht are the captain labor, crew labor, marina, yearly maintenance
and warranty.
Member who cruise must share together for cost to fix
machine, equipment and tool of sailing yacht when fail or damage
(In case of life time of each equipment). Calculate from time to time for
member who cruise in this period. Also calculate with frequency of each
member.
